README
[!IMPORTANT]
Corporate Earnings is no longer actively maintained. Due to breaking changes in browser APIs and financial data structures, this extension may experience significant lag or data inaccuracies.
EarningSpike — the rebuild
I rebuilt this from scratch as a full research tool for active traders. If you used this extension for earnings research, EarningSpike is built for the same job — episodic pivots, breakout setups, momentum trades around earnings.
What's actually different:
- 7,000+ tickers tracked, 2 years of forward estimates
- Insider buying/selling and institutional position changes
- AI-summarized earnings calls (read every call in 30 seconds)
- Screener with earnings momentum signals built in
- Analyst revisions and price target changes
- Earnings Calendar
If you came from this repo, use code GITHUB20 for 20% off the first year.
Corporate Earnings
Corporate Earnings is a browser extension which displays earnings data in a format similar to MarketSmith

Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge / Brave- Download this repo as a ZIP file from GitHub
- Unzip the file and you should have a folder named
corporate-earnings-main - In Chrome/Edge/Brave go to the extensions page (
chrome://extensionsoredge://extensionsorbrave://extensions) - Enable Developer Mode
- Drag the
corporate-earnings-mainfolder anywhere on the page to import it (do not delete the folder afterwards) - Use the extension by pressing on extension icon to the right of address bar and entering a stock symbol in the popup dialog
Troubleshooting
- Make sure to read FAQ
- If earnings data doesn't appear on top of the page, try refreshing the page and/or turning off adblocker
- On Windows make sure you have extracted the ZIP file not just listed it: right click on the ZIP and select 'Extract All...'. You may end up with an extra corporate-earnings-main folder. Make sure that folder that you drag into Chrome contains manifest.json file.
