PayrollFlow Use Cases

Real-world scenarios for PayrollFlow — a payment account for global freelancers and contractors. Collect client payments in USD or EUR, then withdraw to a USDT wallet (TRC20 / ERC20 / BEP20) or a local bank, with a review step before every payout.

This repo shows how people actually use PayrollFlow — the workflows, the decisions, and where it saves time and fees versus stitching together wires, wallets, and spreadsheets.

Topics: freelancer payments · contractor payments · USDT payout · stablecoin · remote work · cross-border payments · get paid internationally

How PayrollFlow works (in 60 seconds)

  • Add your clients as companies — the senders you collect payments from.
  • Create a funding request to collect a specific amount from a company, in USD or EUR. It stays Pending until the transfer arrives, then becomes Paid and credits your balance.
  • Your balance = paid funding minus any withdrawals.
  • Withdraw to a USDT wallet (TRC20 / ERC20 / BEP20) or a local bank. Choose Automatic mode (your balance is swept to your main wallet on a schedule) or Manual mode (you request a specific amount).
  • Every withdrawal is reviewed before funds are sent — a safety check against wrong-address and wrong-network mistakes — and typically completes within a few hours.

Use cases

| Scenario | Guide | |----------|-------| | Freelancer getting paid by overseas clients | freelancers.md | | Contractor consolidating several clients in one account | multi-client-contractor.md | | Getting paid in USDT with network safety | usdt-payouts.md | | Working where USD banking is slow or limited | hard-banking-markets.md | | Choosing Automatic vs Manual withdrawals | automatic-vs-manual.md |

Why people choose it

  • One account, two exits — withdraw to USDT or a local bank, your choice at withdrawal time.
  • Network clarity — TRC20 / ERC20 / BEP20 is shown explicitly, so you don't mix up networks.
  • A human review step — each payout is checked before funds move, catching the costliest mistakes (wrong address, wrong network).
  • Predictable withdrawal fee — a flat fee per withdrawal, shown before you confirm.
